3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the applicable product page. Payments are processed through the website checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
4. Made-to-order products and fulfillment
Items are made to order unless stated otherwise. Items generally ship 7–10 days after the order is placed. Shipping is by USPS Priority unless another method is stated at checkout or agreed for the order. Fulfillment estimates are not guarantees of delivery by a particular date.
5. Exchanges
If the wrong item is ordered, such as the wrong hand or wrong tool model, an unused item may be exchanged at no extra cost. Contact us before sending an item back so the exchange can be arranged correctly.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Because products are made to order, approved returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee. Returned items should be unused and in the condition in which they were received. This section does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading information, infringe another person’s rights, or use site content to harm the business or other users.
8. Intellectual property
